Mail Server Outage

Our mail server was temporarily offline due to a problem with the anti-virus scanner (for safety, all mail delivery was halted). The service was restarted at approximately 10:15am EST. Some delays in mail delivery may be experienced, or you may need to ask your sender to re-send their message in some instances. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Change of Fee Stucture

In a recent review of our fees and charges, the credit card surchage will now apply to invoices of $500 and above paid with this method, however late fees have been reduced to the greater of $5 or 2% of the outstanding balance.
